Reports & Analytics

Understand your organization's activity with built-in reports and data exports.


Available reports

Go to Admin → Reports to access:

Report What it shows
Member Activity Sign-ups, flights logged, last active date per member
Flight Summary Total flights and hours per aircraft, per month
Revenue Invoiced amounts, collected payments, outstanding balances
Aircraft Utilization Hours flown per aircraft, utilization percentage
Dues & Billing Members with outstanding balances, payment history
Training Progress Student progression through syllabi (Academy)
Qualifications Who holds which qualification, expiry dates, upcoming renewals

Most reports can be filtered by date range.


Exporting data

Every report has a Download CSV button. The export reflects the current filters applied.

For a complete data export (all tables, all time): go to Admin → Settings → Export Data. This generates a ZIP file with CSV exports for members, flights, transactions, training records, qualifications, and all other tables. Useful for migration, auditing, or backup.


Dashboard summary

The admin dashboard (Admin → Dashboard) shows a quick snapshot:

  • Members: total active, new this month, overdue on dues
  • Flights: this month vs. last month
  • Revenue: collected this month, outstanding
  • Upcoming flying days or bookings

Academy reports

Flight schools have additional reports under Admin → Academy → Dashboard:

  • Student enrollment and progression status
  • Stage check pass/fail rates
  • Instructor hours by student
  • Completion rates per course

Scheduled reports

Canopy does not currently send automated report emails. If this is something your organization needs, contact support@flycanopy.com — it's on the roadmap.
